Executive Coaching consists of customized one-to-one coaching sessions for business owners or ministry leaders in the setup and/or maintenance of the foundation and infrastructure of their business or ministry as well as their financial and tax systems.  

 

Setup includes support in writing the business plan, writing a marketing plan, creating the business entity, applying for the tax id number, developing the operating agreement/bylaws, hiring team members, hiring legal counsel who will develop contracts for services rendered and file trademark applications, hiring a bookkeeper and accountant to establish your financial system, and identifying locations for the business.

Maintenance includes support in identifying cracks and gaps in the foundation and infrastructure of the business or ministry so that the systems necessary for the growth and viability can be implemented and maintained.  It also includes support in developing and implementing strategies to meet the needs and goals of the business, and maintain its growth and viability.
